DEPOSITS

To secure the booking a deposit of £10.00 per person is required. This can be taken over the phone or a secure one-time payment link sent to a mobile phone.

EVENT BALANCE

The remaining balance can be paid by cash or card at the end of your session.

CANCELLATION

At The Cotswold Range every lesson is exclusive. As a result, your booking prevents others from booking at a specific time/date. It is therefore subject to a recognised cancellation policy for sporting activity bookings (Regulation 6 within the Distance Selling Regulations issued by the Office of Fair Trading)

Once the booking is in place, your right to cancel without penalty ends and the deposit is lost.
