The separate wing is part of a large family house. Guests have their own entrance, open plan lounge, dining area & kitchen. Hot tub access is from the master bedroom and their lounge.
The private family bathroom is downstairs. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs & a toilet. One bedroom can be set up as either a super king or twin. The second bedroom is a twin. The owners occasionally live on site quite separately in the house & respect guest's privacy - no shared facilities.
